Responsible for conducting comprehensive land due diligence, including verification of ownership, encumbrances, mutation, litigation status, and preparation of detailed title history from RS records, Khatian, and Plot/Daag numbers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Gift Deeds, Power of Attorney, and other land-related documents while preparing Title Reports and Search Notes.
  • Coordinate with Sub-Registrar Offices, BLRO/Tehsil offices, and Survey Departments to support land acquisition, conversion, and mutation processes. Maintain updated land record registers and digital archives for all properties.
  • Ensure compliance with Land & Revenue Laws and manage documentation using basic Excel tools.
